Please indicate your name, surname, address, e-mail address and your loyalty card number, if you have one. Each request must be accompanied by a return address. Your request will be handled as soon as possible.

Facebook Pixel

Using data for prospecting purposes
L’Eclat de Verre uses your contact details to send you targeted adverts, in particular via email, post, text messages, social media and third-party websites.
As part of this, we agree to respect the rules applicable to each channel.
Data conservation
We conserve your personal data for the period in which you are in active contact with us. You are no longer considered to be in active contact with us if, over a period of 3 consecutive years, you have not purchased anything from us or visited any of our websites. We will only conserve the specific data we need to meet our legal obligations (for example, documents such as an invoice or payment).
